We produce subassemblies of automobile windscreen washer devices
for the automotive industry (Suzuki, General Motors, Volkswagen group): nozzles and hoses with connectors and valves.The automotive industry products are proprietary products produced by INTERPLUS Ltd. along with the necessary manufacturing machines, equipments and the production technology.
It is vital part of our business policy to operate as an integrator in Hungary, i.e. to surround INTERPLUS Ltd. by suitable enterprises, especially by those small and medium-sized enterprises which are able to operate flexibly and to perform each particular task at the desired standard. We significantly support the development of these companies as a result of which our costs remain competitive besides granting relatively high producer flexibility.
Our production is continuously growing and we were able to remarkably accomplish our quality objectives. Our partner relations operate by means of modern information technology solutions. We provide proper organizational-, technical conditions and human resources and also the conditions necessary in terms of all other divisions of the company by the means of which we will be able to completely meet the demands of the automotive industry and/or of other customers in the future.
95% of our products require manual work, thus we apply so-called joined mounting processes, which means we use special-purpose machines and control instruments in order to ensure that we use human resources in the production process to a reasonable degree. We would like to establish contact with other automobile manufacturer- and household device manufacturer companies so as to satisfy the demand of more customers by our experience and expertise gained during the past years.
INTERPLUS Ltd. is determined to meet the challenges of continuous development, thus we permanently offer up-to-date technologies and products for our customers (by means of development projects) in order to meet the already existing and the new demands, with especial regard to the automotive industry. For example, in the interest of this we previously developed the heated nozzle design, which enables low cost production. This technology of heating can be applied for nozzles used by all car factories since its parameters can be easily adapted.
We make basic innovations in terms of heated washer tanks and heated hoses with regard to the fact that these can serve as important accessories in case of the latest automobiles. Besides the basic innovations we also make applied innovations connected to nozzles. INTERPLUS Ltd. continuously updates its quality assurance system. In 1997 we changed from ISO 9002 to the QS 9000 standard. Currently we operate the ISO/TS 16949:2009 system by means of which we meet the demands of the customers of the automobile industry in terms of modern quality management. The latter system is expanded to our other products as well. Thus we guarantee our customers that INTERPLUS Ltd. does not mean 'quality' risk for the customers in the course of a cooperation.
